Living in LA, I never really “got” the cult of Jenna Lyons. All I’d ever seen were a few party pics, and sure she’s a handsome woman, but WOW. On last night’s episode of Girls (where she played Hannah’s new boss at GQ) you really got the full force of that extraordinary look. Her impeccable chic, with those hard lines and dry manner, is so compelling! It’s both WASPish and cutting edge! Who combines those two things? That’s CRAAAAZY. I just love her. Give her her own show! Better yet, she ought to expand her brand into lifestyle marketing and just TAKE OVER. Better than Rachel Ray. Better than Goopy. More fun than Martha. I would do whatever she told me to do.
